The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).
Content and Marks are provided “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only.
Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, or sold for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms.
You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means.
Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Systematically retrieving data to create a collection or database without written permission.
Defrauding or misleading us or other users to learn sensitive account information.
Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features of the Services.
Using the Services in any manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.
To manage our commitments to local partners in Al-Andalus, the following policy applies to all cancellations:
30 days or more before departure: You will receive a full refund of all payments made, less a £99 non-refundable administration fee.
15 to 29 days before departure: You will receive a 50% refund of the total tour price.
Within 14 days of departure: Regrettably, no refunds can be issued due to non-recoverable costs with our partners.
Transfers to another brother are allowed up to 30 days before departure. The new participant must meet all eligibility requirements of the tour.
In the rare event of an emergency or unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a departure.
Refunds: If we are forced to cancel your tour, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made to Battuta Adventours.
Alternatives: You may choose to transfer your full balance to a future departure date at no extra cost.
Independent Travel Costs: Battuta Adventours is not liable for any incidental expenses, including independent flight bookings, visa fees, or vaccinations.
To protect your investment against unforeseen disruptions, we strongly require all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your policy should specifically include “Cancellation Cover” to ensure you can recover costs for independent flights or other non-refundable arrangements if you are unable to travel.
We care about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United Kingdom. If you access the Services from any other region, you consent to having your data transferred to and processed in the United Kingdom.
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access, terminate your use, or delete your information at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or law.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Informal Negotiations: Parties agree to attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute shall be determined by one arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the European Court of Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Bradford, England.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profit or revenue arising from your use of the Services. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to the cause of action arising.
