Azahara’s lands date back to Andalusian times. We established Azahara in 2018 (1439 AH) to embark on a journey of reconnection. Today, we’re reviving the spiritual ecology of Andalusia, and enjoying ourselves in the process.
The Azahara retreat centre is situated in the historical Alpujarras mountains 40 minutes from Granada and 10 minutes to the town of Orgiva, where an ever growing community of Muslims call home.
Azahara will provide relaxed accommodation for our guests. There are four beautiful 2-bedroomed apartments with stunning views all around.
Accommodation is based on sharing twin rooms with 4 brothers in each apartment. This arrangement has been set up to maximise and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood which are an integral part of this trip.
